This antique celluloid pinback button has the flag of Mecklenburg Schwerin on the front. It has an ad for American Pepsin Gum Co. on the backpaper. Made by Whitehead & Hoag. Backpaper is dated 1896. Very good condition with no damage. There is some discoloration to the celluloid as pictured. Measures 7/8 inches wide. This button was from a large series of flag pins given away by the American Pepsin Gum Co. as premiums.
