1983 Hanley Brick Inc. vs. Euclid Beach Manor Suit Victor Plaque Award Lot:

This lot consists of three items from the Hanley Brick company in Summerville, Pennsylvania from 1983. The items are congratulatory awards/gifts after Hanley won a suit brought against it by Euclid Beach Manor in Ohio. The plaque comes with an attached brick and brass plate that has an image of the court's judgment. The other brick pictured was signed by Hanley employees, some with short quotes. The end of the brick reads "Complaint $33 million, verdict: 0, Glazed Brick is Forever." The last item is a "quasi-legal notice" presenting the award and is signed by F.N. Carducci and W.L. Hanley.

Everything is in very nice condition. The brick and plaque show no wear or damage. The letter is folded and shows some yellowing. The bricks are normal brick size for reference.
