Antique Victorian Cast Iron Spring Loaded Door Lock:

This is some type of cast iron spring loaded Victorian era door lock. It can be mounted to the inside of the door and locked by sliding the bar over to a latch mounted on the door jam (not included). The lock can then be released by pushing the button on the front. There is no way to use a key for this lock, or to open it from the other side of the door. Measures about 6 1/2 inches long. Very good condition with no damage. Works well. There is some light surface rust and most of the original paint is gone. Maker unknown.
