This is a pair of old train light sconces from the New York Central System that have been mounted to oak wall plaques. Each is marked NYCS. They come from the estate of a wood worker who mounted the light brackets to a wooden plaque with a brass reflector as pictured. The sconces come with original Pyrex chimneys. Everything on the sconces looks to be original, except the bottom of the one is a replacement and is made of tin instead of brass...you can see the difference if you look close at the photos. Each measures about 6 3/4 inches tall (not including chimney) and the wall plaques measure just over 18 inches tall. Great decorative coach wall sconces that are ready to display.
