Return Policy for Black Market Antiques

At Black Market Antiques, we take great pride in sourcing unique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items. Because our inventory consists of antiques and oddities, most items will show signs of age and history, which we strive to document clearly in our photos and descriptions.

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us at sales@blackmarketantiques.com within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to initiate the process.

  • Return requests made after this 14-day window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return postage.

  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Required: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Black Market Antiques is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

Item Condition & Packaging

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received.

  • Any original tags or specialized packaging must be included.

  • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. If an item is returned broken due to poor packaging, a refund will not be issued.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items sold "As-Is" (noted in the product description).

  • Personalized or custom-modified items.

  • Gift cards.
