Antique early 20th-century manual pump insecticide / garden sprayer made by D.B. Smith & Company (Utica, New York, U.S.A.). Features solid brass pump cylinder construction with its original turned wooden T-handle, adjustable brass front spray nozzle, and a threaded heavy copper reservoir canister base. Bottom of the canister is crisply embossed: "MADE BY D.B. SMITH & COMPANY / BLIZZARD / CONTINUOUS SPRAYER / UTICA, NEW YORK, U.S.A. / SCREW CAN AND NOZZLE TIGHT KEEP NOZZLE AND TUBE CLEAN." Plunger action functions. Shows authentic age patina, subtle light surface dings, and gentle tarnish consistent with historical agricultural/utility use.
