Vintage 1956 Lefton Angel Bell Figure Hush A Bye Hold Baby Holt Howard Naughty

This is a vintage Hold Howard 1956 Geo. Z. Lefton "Hush a Bye" Angel Christmas Bell (Model #HH80112).

Made in Japan, this ceramic holiday bell features a blonde angel holding a sleeping baby while raising a finger to her lips in a "shhh" gesture. She wears a white gown trimmed with heavy gold leaf zigzag accents at the hem, a gold star atop her head, and soft pink wings. The original ceramic clapper on wire is fully intact inside. The interior rim bears the stamped signature "© Geo. Z. Lefton 1956" along with the model number HH 80112. It is in clean vintage condition with glossy glaze and crisp facial painting with no chips or damage, but nearly all of the original red cold-paint on her gown is gone as pictured.
