Vintage Spiderweb Ceramic Ashtray MCM Abstract Drip Glaze Mid Century Modern USA

This is a large, vintage mid-century modern rectangular ceramic ashtray. The tray features a striking, highly detailed embossed spiderweb design filling the square center well, complemented by two matching circular web motifs on opposite corners. The piece is finished in a rich, multi-toned gloss glaze with a deep chocolate brown base, highlighted by streaks of an earthy, frothy tan and cream drip glaze.

The design includes multiple built-in cigarette rests aligned along the top and bottom edges of the central well. The high-gloss underside features a central molded cross symbol, four raised corner peg feet, and the stamped gold markings reading "3673 R / USA." Unsigned, maker unknown. The piece is in excellent vintage condition with a brilliant glaze finish and no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. It measures about 12 1/4 inches long for size reference.
