This is a vintage S.T. Dupont Ligne 1 (Line 1) Large gas lighter.

This iconic French luxury lighter features the classic Diamond Head (Pointe de Diamant) pattern in a heavy 20-micron gold plating, as indicated by the "20μ" hallmark stamped on the base next to the hand-struck serial number. The Ligne 1 is famous for its elegant internal flame adjustment wheel and rock-solid mechanical reliability.
