Antique Catholic Reliquary Crucifix Passionist Saints Relic Intact Red Wax Seal

This rare antique ecclesiastical pectoral reliquary crucifix features a hinged brass and ebony wood case that opens to reveal a dedicated, multi-saint inner relic cross. The interior theca holds individual sacred relics of celebrated Passionist saints and blesseds, labeled for St. Paul of the Cross, St. Vincent Mary Strambi, St. Gabriel Possenti of Our Lady of Sorrows, Bl. Dominic Barberi, St. Gemma Galgani, and Maria.

The reverse of the inner theca retains its unbroken official ecclesiastical red silk binding threads secured by an intact red wax seal, verifying it has never been opened or compromised. The exterior case features a detailed applied bronze Corpus Christi with a radiating halo under an INRI banner. In exceptional antique condition with warm patina, a secure hinge mechanism, and fully intact, protected devotional contents and burnished rub marks.
