Antique Flow Blue Porcelain Figural Camel Ashtray Match Holder Germany Sailboat

This is an original antique flow blue porcelain figural camel ashtray / match holder (c. late 1890s–1910s), made in Germany.

Modeled in the form of a recumbent camel with a hollowed back forming an ashtray well with four cigarette/cigar rests along the flared rim. The piece is finished in classic flow blue cobalt glaze over white porcelain with flowing accents highlighting the camel's fur, harness, and molded features, flanked on each side by hand-painted/transfer-decorated sailboats at sea. The lower back edge bears the incised/stamped country mark "Germany" alongside a mold number.

Condition is very good antique with glossy glaze, rich cobalt coloring, no cracks or repairs, and minor expected base rim wear.
