Antique IHC International Harvester Co Chicago Horseshoe Key Fob Chain Good Luck

This is an antique International Harvester Company (IHC) advertising key fob / chain (c. 1910s–1920s). Crafted in silver plated brass, this agricultural promotional fob features a large circular medallion embossed on the front with the classic early monogram logo encircled by "INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY OF AMERICA (INCORPORATED) CHICAGO, U.S.A."

The reverse of the medallion depicts a scrolled banner framed by wheat stalks that reads: "SLIP THE HORSESHOE THRU YOUR KEY TO I H C AND PROSPERITY". The medallion is attached via a twisted link metal chain to a horseshoe-shaped key hook stamped "IT'S A GOOD LUCK MAGNET". The round medallion measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter, with an overall chain and hook length of about 3 1/2 inches. Condition is very good antique; the metal retains clear, crisp raised lettering and detail with natural age patina and light surface tarnish.
