Large lot of hand-written letters dating from the first few years of the 1900's found together in one norther western Pennsylvania estate. They were found as pictured, bound together with string. From the letters on top of the stacks, you can see that man were mailed do Hazen Dean in Polk Venango County and Leonard Mook in Warren, PA....it appears that they moved around a bit as other addresses on the top of the stacks for Mook include Butler, New Lebanon....and a Greenville, PA address for Dean.

Looking at the sides of the stacks some postcards are visible in the lot as well. We've done no research on the individuals and rather than piece them out, we're offering this as one big lot. The content and subject of the letters is unknown. Multiple postmark locations visible in the stacks. This lot will provide hours of entertainment, research material, or crafting supplies. Refer to the photos for a better idea of the size and condition of the lot, you will receive the entire lot that is pictured.
